Core Training:

At Edufit, our training programs begin in the middle. All basic movement starts in the area of the body that incorporates the lumbar region of the spine as well the abdominal and hamstring muscle groups. A strong center promotes balance and stability, greater strength levels and better muscle endurance. Through the creative use of stability balls, dyna discs and bosu trainers our clients see vast improvement in posture and balance and significant reduction in low back pressure and pain. At Edufit, all clients enjoy programming based on these important “core” values – and you can too!


Cardiorespiratory Fitness:

Any successful fitness regime includes activities geared towards improving your cardiovascular and pulmonary systems. Your heart and lungs must work together in order to provide your body with the oxygen you need whether you’re running a 10K marathon - or running after small children. Edufit clients enjoy rapid improvement in the areas of endurance, stamina and energy levels. Our clients enjoy a variety of on-site cardio equipment to choose from including treadmills, ellipticals and recumbent bikes. Using the latest in free weight design, variable motion cable equipment and resistance band technology, our trainers provide a challenging and progressive approach to improving muscular endurance and stability.
