Football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, track and field....for Wes the list goes on and on. From a young age, Wes has been involved in a myriad of sports and competitive activities - including being a decorated Junior Olympics athlete and a high school regional award winner. It's this love of fitness and competition that has drawn Wes to become a certified personal trainer and share his passion with all his EduFit clients. He feels that there is nothing more rewarding and humbling than being able to help others change their lifestyle for the better guiding them on their path to a more fit, active and healthier lifestyle. Wes studied kinesiology and business administration at Biola University before becoming a certified personal trainer through NASM. He also holds his CPR/AED certification for adults and children and is working towards the challenging CES - corrective exercise specialist - certification. In his free time, you can find Wes playing basketball, snowboarding, hiking and riding his mountain bike. He also enjoys competing in local 5K's and urban obstacle races such as the Warrior Dash and our own EduFit Urbanathalon.
